Checking in and out

Check-in is possible from 14h.

Check out is possible until 11 am.

Breakfast

With us you will enjoy a delicious continental breakfast, complete with pastries, three types of bread, chocolate, jam, a hard-boiled egg, ..... Finished off with a delicious cup of coffee or tea.

Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m..

Your dog

Are you taking your four-legged friend with you? They are welcome with us for an extra charge of 20€/night. We ask you to mention this when you make your reservation.

Your dog is only allowed in the room, not in common areas such as the breakfast room or restaurant. The dog must not cause a nuisance to other hotel guests.

Free parking

During your stay, you can use our large car park free of charge. We have enough parking space to provide for the cars of all our guests.

A charging station is available for your electric car

Bicycles

Are you coming to explore the Ypres area by bike? You can park your bike free of charge and safely in our covered bike shed.

Restaurant

In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant between 18:30 and 20:00.

Besides à la carte, you can also opt for half board. This is a set menu consisting of soup or starter, main course, and coffee or dessert to finish. All this for the price of 35€.

Attention! The restaurant is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Closed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays. The bar is open every day from 3.30pm to 10pm. We are happy to help you find a delicious alternative in the neighbourhood.

Cancellation Policy

Non Refundable rate

If cancelled more than 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled between 60 and 30 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total reservation will be charged.
If cancelled between 30 and 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
If cancelled between 15 and 7 days before date of arrival, 75% of the total reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total reservation will be charged.
In case of dispute, only the court of Ypres is competent.

Flexible rate

Cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date is free of charge.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total reservation will be charged.

The above cancellation policy only applies to bookings of up to 5 rooms and does not apply during extended weekends, public holidays or events. For these special cancellation conditions, please contact the hotel.
